What days are pickup and returns?

Laundry is picked up on Wednesdays and returned on Fridays. You'll receive a consistent weekly schedule so you always know when to expect service.

Is this subscription-only?

Yes. This is a weekly subscription service designed for ongoing household laundry needs. One-time or occasional drop-offs are not offered.

What if I go over my weekly pounds?

Each plan includes a weekly weight allowance. Laundry that exceeds your plan's limit is billed at $2.50 per additional pound and charged automatically to the payment method on file. Repeated overages may require upgrading to the appropriate plan.

What items can't be accepted?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items heavily soiled with bodily fluids, hazardous materials, or excessive grease.
